Exchange and Return Policy

Terms of Exchange or Return- Melting Desert does not offer returns, but we're happy to exchange items for equal or lesser value. Item(s) must be returned in original, brand-new condition and in original packaging. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of package delivery and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized items are ineligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this is the case, please contact Melting with detailed photos of packaging and damaged items; Melting Desert will determine if the custom or personalized item is eligible for exchange.

Process of Refund - As a small business, Melting Desert processes refunds on a case-by-case basis.
