Custom Jewelry FAQs

You fill out the contact sheet below >  I respond within 1-2 business days > We chit chat about what you're looking for, the specifications, etc. > If you're interested, I'll give you a quote and send you link to a custom listing for checkout (I take $50 up-front, the rest before shipment) > I source and fabricate >  You get a custom piece you can pass down for generations.

For custom pieces, I do require a 50% deposit from the quoted price. Once the deposit has been received, I will begin working on your piece and will get it to you within the quoted timeframe (typically 1-3 weeks). The final 50% payment will be due before shipment. 

Typically 1-3 weeks. However it does depend on the piece, whether or not I have to source any materials and other small factors. I will establish a solid timeframe/due date for each order, so be assured you'll be updated on your custom work and its turn-around time. If you have a special date you need the piece for, please let me know!

Basically we'll play Q & A; I'll ask you a series of questions about the type of stone you want, if you want a ring I'll ask about band style and size and any details you want. I suggest looking through my Gallery or Instagram for reference and inspiration.

If you're interesting in keeping up with the process, let me know and I'll send you pic/videos of what's going on behind the scenes but typically, I don't post any content about my customs until my customers have received them. 

There's a $20 customization fee in addition to the the cost of the stone, of silver and amount of detail. Feel free to take a peek at my Shop for an idea of my prices.

I have a printable ring sizer here. You're able to measure both your finger or an existing ring you have that fits perfectly. 

You can choose from my current selection and if I don't have what you're looking for or you don't know what that is, take a look through my Gallery or Instagram for reference. We'll discuss what colors or stones you prefer and I'll source them. However, this might increase the turn-around time for your piece.
