Overview
Thanks for your interest in our custom jewelry!
From cutting and polishing the stones to milling out the sterling silver and handmaking our jewelry, we complete each stage of the fabrication in-house.
This allows us full control over the quality, design, and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Using ethically and sustainably sourced materials, we work closely with each client to create jewelry that is personal, lasting, and made with intention.
FAQ's
How does it work?
You fill out the contact sheet below > I respond within 1-2 business days > We chit chat about what you’re looking for, the specifications, etc. > If you’re interested, I’ll give you a quote and send you link to a custom listing for checkout > I source and fabricate > You get a custom piece you can pass down for generations.
** Contacting me IS NOT a commitment to purchase. I’m happy to discuss jewelry with you and get some good ideas.
Is there a deposit?
I do require the full quoted payment amount. Once the payment has been received, I will begin working on your piece and will get it to you within the quoted timeframe (typically 1-3 weeks).
What's the turn-around time?
Typically 2-4 weeks. However it does depend on the piece, whether or not I have to source any materials and other small factors. I will establish a solid timeframe/due date for each order, so be assured you’ll be updated on your custom work and its turn-around time. If you have a special date you need the piece for, please let me know!
How does the process work?
Basically we’ll play Q & A; I’ll ask you a series of questions about the type of stone you want, if you want a ring I’ll ask about band style and size and any details you want. I suggest looking through my Gallery or Instagram for reference and inspiration.
If you’re interesting in keeping up with the process, let me know and I’ll send you pic/videos of what’s going on behind the scenes but typically, I don’t post any content about my customs until my customers have received them.
What is the price range?
Feel free to take a peek at my Shop for an idea of my prices for an idea of my price range. I do not charge any extra fees for customs, however I do require full payment before fabrication.
How do I find my ring size?
I have finger sizers here. You’re able to measure order an at-home sizer or print one (with the printable, you can measure both your finger or an existing ring you have that fits perfectly).
How do I choose a stone?
You can choose from my current selection and if I don’t have what you’re looking for or you don’t know what that is, take a look through my Gallery or Instagram for reference. We’ll discuss what colors or stones you prefer and I’ll source them. However, this might increase the turn-around time for your piece.
What else should I know?
- Well, I do reserve the right to politely refuse any custom. However, I’ll absolutely do my best to refer you to someone in my network!
- I have a bold, fun, alternative + whimsical style that I like to stick to.
